Default MNF tonight (penguin and others)

I realize the Saints are horrible, but does Atl deserve to be laying 10.5 points here? I think I may take the Saints with the points

Any opinions?

Yes Atlanta does deserve 10.5 points. They are playing at home and have all the ingredients to make this game a blowout. All three of the Falcons runners should run wild, or at least one of them. And there defense is pretty good, especially against a sloppy offense with no run game. Also those ballhawking corners of Atl could have a big game.

Atlanta beat the saints 4 in a row, I am a big falcon fan and 10.5 seems like to many here.

this is all true, but you're forgetting how awful atlanta has looked since their impressive start to the season -- granted against better competition

true.,.. but NO also defeated carolina -- these variables have nothing to do with this game

Atlanta won by 3 points on a neutral field (i refuse to consider it NO home field) in their first meeting this year AND that was before their skid, when they were still in their hot start...

Im still not sure where Im going with this yet...im hoping for some more imput

Edit: or input even

Edit 2: the line has now dropped to 10 -- this either means vegas wants to increase action on ATL bc lots of people r taking the saints.... or they are using psychology on us

I would take the saints +10...

ATL lose to GB at home and TB at home (although TB is way better than GB). Also if you look at ATLs schedule after NO they have Chicago, TB and Carolina so they are looking pass this game and NO could very well sneak up on them.

NO isnt really playing all that badly... They lose to TB by 7 last week, lose to NE by 7 and lose to Chicago by 3 pts in the last 4 weeks. All three of those teams are playoff teams.

FYI: I wouldnt take NOs win vs Carolina into consideration because it was the 1st game of the season and also NO was playing with so much heart, etc after all the stuff that happened with Hurricane Katrina.
