Full Tilt Software Freeze (Props to FT #2)
This thread is a bit longer than the other , but still worth reading. The following is the back and forth correspondence between and me over the past few days, regarding a hand where their software froze up on my computer.
Major props to Full Tilt for doing the right thing in the end... AND trying to help me prevent the issue in the future. Me first: Their reply: My reply: Their next reply: My turn: And lastly............... Full Tilt steps up and does the right thing. And then goes above and beyond: I have yet to follow the above instructions, but I will. I'll update this thread if anything interesting comes of it. It's worth noting that this happened on my laptop, and not my desktop, where I usually play. |

Definitely great service from FT.
Although, I think another reason you got so much help from them is you were polite in your emails. You never once acted like a jerk (not that I think you would). I wonder why some people just don't realize that the nicer you are to customer service reps the more help you get. |

IMO,
It's easy to be polite to customer service reps when they respond with something that addresses the issue and someone that they didn't cut and past which is totally unrelated. When I get the latter type of service, it's harder to be polite.
