CardPlayer's site...
Has anyone else noticed how ass slow their site has been lately?
If they don't do something before the Main Event, I'm predicting the WSOP's "official" Live Updates are going to be useless, since their entire site will be down by then. |

It seems to be working okay to me.

It could very well be the internet problems I've been having lately. I was just noticing them on CardPlayer's (graphics intensive) site more than others.

You should be going to Pokerwire.com for live tournament (in this case, the 2006 WSOP) updates.
As explained by Daniel Negreanu in his live WSOP video diary, Cardplayer.com has shoddy live updates because they use mostly interns to get that job done, while the girls at Pokerwire.com have been doing it for a long time. The Cardplayer.com team is still figuring some things out on the live update front. |
