About that hand though, while I agree that it's important to play a hand like that from time to time (and I do stress "from time to time"), I think it's ok to look down at 82o and go with Plan B, which is to fold. When I get in that spot, I tell myslf I'll do it with any reasonable hand, but I would pitch 82. 74, sure, but not 82. Then again - you're still in and I'm out, so what do I know?

About that reraise thing... you can typically correct the dealer when they mistate your intentions if you do it right away. In other words, "No, I said 'Raise to 60k' (or 'Raise. 60k'), not 'raise 60k.'" They may call over the floor, but they will typically side with you especially when ou point out that you have 1.5k behind and how stupid would it be for you to have raised all but that. Of course, this could all be a sign of weakness or something, so it may be beter to just suck it up and pray for the fold.
