I have been impressed with prima overall. No major problems; and they can be as tough as they want with cashouts if they are trying to verify who you are. It belong to you afterall. At first today I was pissed, but they did split into 2 freerolls, no big deal (although I bagged it and didnt play). After thinking about it more, I wonder if this was sort of a test run for the 100K that is supposed to be coming up on 12/18. they may have been seeing how many they can support. obviously 20K is too much!!
