Not trying to be a douche, but that's far from perfect-perfect. Runner-runner, yes, but there were 8 cards he needed 2 of to win (1/8 followed by 1/4) and 8 more he needed 2 of to chop (also 1/8 followed by 1/4).
Perfect perfect is when there are exactly two cards left in the deck and you need both of them (1/2 and 1/1), usually to make a 2 gapped straight flush or better quads.
