Will's good, especially when there's a need for an article with a lot of biting sarcasm. He won a Pulitzer a while back for his columns.
He's also very, very, very well researched in sports. A couple of years ago, he wrote a column in the back of Newsweek (he shares that space with Anna Quindlen) about Greg Maddux's mastery of the mound. A must-read, if you can find it.
