Not at all (maybe drunks at the casino will make a comment sometimes, but thats the furthest extent)
In fact at loose tables you'll often see:
blind raises (duh)
Straddles (UTG player doubles the Big Blind and then gets to act last preflop....the bet to 'call
is now double the BB or the straddle amount)
Re straddles (UTG +1 player can double the straddle amount and then go last preflop -- the bet to call is now 4x the BB or the re straddle amount)
(this in theory can continue all the way up till the button, who is not allowed to straddle )
Sleepers (A player not UTG places a bet on the table... if everyone folds to him this bet becomes live and he acts last preflop (check or raise option), if there is any action before him his bet is returned)
