I also used close to the same style min buy-in tight aggresive and hit and run.
It works very well
for micro no limit. I called it shoe clerking cheap and wimpy but it worked like a charm. for begginers I recomend it .Hell I have been playing poker for 20yrs and at times I still feel like a newbie
