After wading through 2+2, it looks like Pshabi's offer was one of the best. Other players have the chance to earn much more cash, but the number of points required would require playing multiple tables of 5/10 and up for 30+ plus hours a week, which basically rules out anybody but full-time online pros.
Not surprisingly, your target is based on how much you've played previously. While it's clear why Party would do this, it does screw some of their fairly high-volume players, who basically would have to go full time to hit their bonus, while the lower end of VIP spectrum have more realistic targets to hit. Looking at it this way, Party is in effect punishing their biggest customers.
And of course, if you are not VIP, you get nothing. If Party gave me a lower-tier offer – say 300 points and a $20 offer (1/3rd the number of hands and ¼ the bonus Pshabi received), I'd jump on it.
