Hawt, I've been thinking about this and I wonder if it would be better if you took a break from poker? Still come to the freerolls, but for ring games and other tournaments, maybe you should take a few days off.

The reason I'm saying this is I can relate to how you feel right now. When I first started playing for money I couldn't stand losing and so when I lost, my first thought was I have to win that money back. Then I started to get pissed off by the bad beats and then getting more aggressive to get the money back. I pretty much tilted and lost all my money.

Maybe your situation isn't exactly the same, but it's similar. And after losing my money, I took a break and thought about my game. It wasn't until that I realized that pretty much from the begining I had been playing on tilt.

So I've made a new deposit and I'm doing fairly well now. I had a period of where I was losing and lost about half my bankroll, but I didn't let it affect me, I kept playing my game of poker. Now, I'm back on a winning streak and I've finally got more money in my account than I started with. (Now hopefully I didn't jinx myself )

Anyway, I thought it was an idea that could help.
