SNG's
Limit ring games
NL ring games

Making money in the long haul at MTT's seems like a rough road to travel with long dry spells between decent cashes, though one big win could make your year.

I see a lot of people who say they play only SNG's, and I guess that where I do the best personally.

I have always heard limit ring games are where people pile up the money but whenever I sit down at a cash ring game I simply hemmorage chips. Not just now and then, but every time I play in a ring game either limit or NL. Maybe it's because I play at such low limits but it's not uncommon to have AK and get a board of A7639 and somone has 3-9. I'm not complaining about bad beats, but I just can't put someone on a hand in limit ring games.

Where are you guys making money and how?
