I am sure you will get your money back. Although the situation at Poker Shares is unfortunate, I don't think you can place the blame entirely on their company. They played by the rules and when UB saw a significant cut in their profits, they went yelling and screaming. If UB actually provided better bonuses and didn't keep cutting back on rewards for players - eg. reduced UB points in half, increased points for mechandise in their reward program, eliminated high hand jackpots, etc, people would have eventually gone back to them.

It's like Party and their skins. Even when the Party was part of the entire network, the majority of players on the network was playing on party, because they had more to offer than their skins.

In any case, I think they had to process thousands of accounts at once and it is probably too much of a hassel obtaining a tracking number for each account they had to send a cheque to.

Most people that deposited through Neteller have had their money returned to them already.

In any case, I'm sure this situation didn't please anyone but the folks at UB. The people at PokerShares will probably end up taking a big hit if they do the right thing and pay all it's affiliates the proper amounts. And people playing there should receive their money back sooner or later, and can continue to play on the network through UB if they like.
