The scoop is this.
The cashout ones are 15%, 1 is up to $100 max, 2 is up to $50 max, and 3 is up to $20 max. This bonus money appears in your account, so you can play with it. The 1, 2, and 3 are attached to the end of the code. You must not have cashed out I believe 10 days prior.
What I've done is made deposit for the regular, RELEASE bonus, then done my other deposits for the others, gotten the extra money in my account, and withdrew the money that came from neteller. In essence, I am playing with Party Poker's money right now to clear a bonus.
