not reporting taxes are your gambling winnings isnt any different than what Pete Rose did.
Your going to report taxes on any big winners you have at the horse track, or at the casino.
Its not like your telling the IRS "Hi Im reporting winnings on a online poker site where it is illegal for me to gamble at". The poker checks you get dont say 'party poker' on them so it could be from any gambling you are involved in as long as you report it, the IRS wont ask you any questions.
On the other hand if you dont report it, the IRS will make it their MO to find as many violations on you as possible. They could charge you with betting online (if possible), being 18 and gambling (18 is okay for the offshore casino but you have to be 21 in your jurisdiction more than likely), etc.
