This isnt much, but just to get you started

Sit N Gos people play looser and more aggressive (as they have to, because blinds increase) You can very well be pushing lots of chips in the middle with a hand as weak as A3o when short stacked. There is more blind stealing/defending and different strategies

Cash Games favor the better players, because blinds never increase, and it gives them room to be patient, pick their spots and attack -- not to mention be able to not play big pots unless they are sure they are ahead, or not have a large sum of money rest on a coin flip. It also gives them more chances to capitalize on their opponents mistakes, and force them into incorrect decisions. Its more long run...in a tourny if someone calls your all in, which is 1/5 times the pot, with a flush draw when you have top set and catches a flush your out. But in a cash game, this man although he wins a big pot there, will lose in the long run making this call (very very bad)
