I dont think truepoker will care who plays the hands because...
1. He figured that they will make about 8K in rake from this.
2. if he does well at WSOP or even gets TV time will get truepoker coverage.
3. More people will try this and will fail to get the hands. example: Lets say I try it and only get 100K hands... I get nothing and truepoker gets like 4K.
