First, please note that this wasn't cash. Each of these were HU SNGs. Cash pays differently.

That said, he's pretty much never going to show up with a 5 here. I won't say "never," but "very rarely." Had he played it differently, I might be more worried, but in this spot, I think I'm ahead of his range a huge majority of the time.

And I didn't have top pair - I had a big overpair. To answer your question, I don't think I'm ever laying down KK here. He's going to show up with worse hands (A2/A4/A6 would be the most common, if I had to guess) and random bluffs a lot of the time.

You could make a decent case for checking the turn though, and that changes things, but I think I'm still getting it all in.
