Are you playing badly or are you running badly? There is a pretty big difference. If you are palying badly, either start playing better
or take a break. If you are just running badly, don't be results oriented. Keep playing well and the numbers will come.
You don't post very many (any?) hands for discussion. I'd definitely recommend doing a lot more of that if you want to improve your game. You'll be amazed at how much better you will become, not just from others' responses, but from really thinking the hand through yourself, and then again through others' eyes.
