Frank said "I am not going to draw a distinction between poker and blackjack," said Frank.
Despite the fact that I philosophically agree with his stand, he is missing the point.
The sticking point here is (and always has been) sports betting. The NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB and the NCAA are all going to fall into lockstep behind any legislation that restricts their boogeyman.
