Here they are anyway, in case anyone else wants them too:

My cards aren't perfect - they have these tiny little green dots in the corners. You wouldn't even notice them if you weren't looking for them though.
At first, I tried cleaning that up and also the random green scribble that's lower in the image, but then stuff got screwed up and I had to start over from scratch, so I just left them as they were the second time around.
I may make my own cards one of these days, but in the mean time, these do just fine.
