Ok, he checked to me on the flop and I immediately bet T700. After at least 5 minutes he reluctantly calls, and I flip over my cards thinking he is all-in. After the turn he moves all-in after seeing my gutshot and overcard. He took 5 minutes to call my bet when folding or moving in were both better choices. I hate begginers who don't know the rules
