The search for the next Neteller... ePassporte

Was checking out our options after the Neteller pull-out and was wondering if anyone has used/is using ePassporte? This looks like it could be a winner since both FT and Stars accept deposits/withdrawls to/from ePass and it looks like you can fund your ePass account fairly easily via Visa or MasterCard.

Thoughts/opinions?

I used it once, charged me $5 to deposit $50. since then, never gone backl.

Ouch.

I think you guys need to move to Canada. As an added bonus to being able to use neteller, you also don't pay taxes on your winnings  .

Don't think it hasn't crossed my mind. It's just a damn shame that Canada sucks so much.

I mean, you know I get to wear shorts year round, right?

The weather here has been phenominal this year. It has been a bit cold in recent weeks, but heck, you don't have to deal with tropical storms and hurricanes and crap.

Plus, you get a cool new drinking buddy right in the downtown core ;) .

After reading posts like this at 2+2: I'm not so sure. :(

what to do?

It seems to me that the best thing to do is just wait for a few weeks. Play with what money you have on each Site and wait it out until the dust settles. I guess this means that some of the high rollers might need to step down a level or two to ensure that they don’t have to reload or work out some trades to get a lot of money at one site, but that is about it, right? It seems with so much up in the air and changing daily, there is no reason to jump on click2pay or epassport yet, unless you are in desperate need of getting money off of some poker sites. Both C2P or Epassport will most likely be changing policies anyway. The worst case is that you get a check cut from some random bank (that the site uses as a front) and have to wait a few weeks to get it.

Yep, agreed.

I'm sure our Canadian brothers will facilitate a neteller to <enter poker site here> transfer should the need arise, eh? :D

Boobie Lover 01-19-07 09:22 PM

I am not worried about myself getting money out or in sites. I'm worried that all the donators will worry it to be too big of a hassle for their entertainment.
