my turn

Down 150BBs at $2/$4.

not as big as shabis, but is getting there. Just got stacked with 77 first buyin on paradise, 77, make a 4x raise out of the BB with 1 limper and an SB completeion, limper folds, SB calls. Flop is 2 7 9, 2 dmds, i bet, he raises, i push, he instacalls. fucking 99. fuckedy fuck.

Didnt buy in for the max, as the max was $00, and the highest stack was $265, so i went for $300.

You're comparing limit to NL.

Any idiot can lose 100 BBs on one hand in NL. It takes a LOT of effort to lose 100 BBs playing limit.

eejit101 06-29-06 09:16 PM

good point.

Okkk

i wont compare the 2.

Im down 80BBs at NL, and 70BBs are limit. (an average or 2/4 and 3/6)

Im sticking to NL at the moment, im playing better, alot better, just cant hit shit.

Stopping in half an hour if i dont turn round.

Talk to me when you are down 800 BBs in one day.

eejit101 06-29-06 09:50 PM

thats.....alot.

400 is my most, but i swung it round to 40BBs down by the end

JDMcNugent7 06-29-06 10:32 PM

wait so u are complaining about losing $600 at 2/4 NL?
Thats a buy in and half. Thats Nothing
Play alot of poker even somewhat aggressively and u are gonna be losing ALOT more than that through any kind of downswing.
If you are worried about losing $600 at 2/4 then u shouldnt be playing those games. dont sweat it and play through it.

eejit101 06-29-06 11:57 PM

i have done, back to 75BB up.

Switched to limit cos was getting bored at NL, played 200 hands, my total was 45BB/100.

Wow, i went on a rush. Went card dead, and quit
