Yes. This is a clear violation of Party's Affiliate Terms and Conditions. They find these affiliates, shut them down, and that's that. No more rake back for you (if you ever got paid in the first place).

P.S. This kind of thing definitely belongs in the SPAM section... or do I need to create a SCAM section?
