Neteller debit card

I have one and have had one for a while. All it took was a small application online. However, there a massive amounts of fees associated with its use, I think. Thats part of my question...I transfered money to it from my neteller account (its not a joint account, you have a seperate debit card account) and thats 2 dollars. I went to use it at a restaurant but I didn't go through. I think it is only usable at ATM's, and then obviously there are charges associated with that. I am not high enough of a roller to lose 5% of my money each time I make a purchase or withdrawal. Does anyone use these? Can you only withdraw with them as opposed to use them at a store...?

this is what I did.
1)got a no fee free checking account from a local bank linked to a debit card.
2)deposited $100
3)created a netteller acct and linked it to the free checking account
4)And every cash out thru netteler did an eft that is free but takes like 3 days

That way no other personal info or other account are linked to it
and with the free bank debit card fees are much cheaper

I do it too. But the neteller debit card is instant, and it means I can "hide" my poker funds from certain female individuals...
