Running Quads...

This guy single handedly rivered me for more than $900 tonight - gutshots, 5 outers (I lose to those all the time), and this, my personal favorite hand of the night...

With that said, I will gladly play with this guy any day of the week.

Why no flop reraise with two diamonds on board?

Talking Poker 11-08-05 11:44 AM

Ironically, because I didn't want to lose HASITNOW. I was hoping he would lead at the pot initially, so I could check raise, but he didn't. I should have fired first and squeezed him out (in hindsight).

Remember though, you need to look at decisions and not results when evaluating a HH. And in this case, I wasnted to build the pot (especially on the turn) because I was WAY ahead.
