hey why cant we make the next HU torney a pay one, on jetset you can set up $2.75 heads up private tornies. I know this will eliminate some players that either dont want to play or wont put money in jetset but I think it would be much better if there was some money on each game. I think most people could afford a $25 deposit into jetset for our jetset tornies, I know jetset lets you have them because that is where my other forum has their HU tornies.

As weird as this sounds, I'm oddly interested in opening an account and seeing whether you're as crazy over there as you are here.

I veto the JetSet idea. $2.75 per match isn't worth "money-moving" and downloading and installing, IMO.

me...crazy, whatever do you mean Lou? Just a suggestion, I really hate the bugsby's club software hopefully TP can set up something this time with one of the sites. Just to let you all know Jetset has become a little more active latley, I have been watching 1/2 NL and 2/4 NL very loose if anyone is interested.

Well, whatever. The heads up tournament is for shits and giggles anyway. I hate the software as well, but you really can't beat the heads up structure: T$10K to start... not too bad.

What is the rake on these tourneys? Paying rake on each of the 47+ matches adds up pretty quick....

Its $2.50 + .25 so jetset gets .25.

I'm with Lou. Why?

1. We don't even have enough people "signed up" (let alone willing/able to actually play) for the FREE tourney. Make people start paying and we'll have even less.

2. The structure Bugsy's has is very good.

3. 2 bucks? Is it really worth it?

I agree with TP/Lou here...

$2 isnt worth playing over, bugsy's structure is awesome for HU play.

Also if we charged money to play our lurkers that come out once a month to play and get in on all of TPs free stuff wouldnt come around at all (sorry but its true).
