General Thoughts on the WSOP...
 

Although I haven't been playing much poker, I usually keep up with the WSOP updates...

~Jennifer Tilly wins the Ladies event? What? I was hoping Cecilia Mortensen would win. Ahh well.

~It's good to see Chan win another bracelet ...

~How good is Toto Leonidas?? He's disgusting at almost every game. He hasn't won a bracelet (yet), but his ITM rate is SICK. He takes long to act, but he's methodical and patiently aggressive.

~Gus Hansen is reportedly in Europe partying w/ friends until the main event. LOL.

The main event should be lots of fun. :)

I think it's awesome that Tilly won the ladies event. I imagine she's learned a thing or two from her boyfriend (Phil Laak, in case anyone didn't know). I need to become a successful pro so I can get myself a celebrity girlfriend :cool:

she interviewed her on a local radio station about a month ago so I knew but think thats cool that his girlfriend got a braclet before him. At least I dont think he has a braclet, I know he has won events but not sure if any other them where for the gold.
