Is it 10 raked hands per bonus dollar at Empire? I thought it would be 7x as thats what it is at Party. Also, how often do they offer reloads. I think party offers every month faithfully, but may have just gone from $200 max to $100 max.

They offer them pretty much once per month. It's usually 7x the raked hands, but this month, according to the Terms, it's 10x.... probably because it's a 50% reload instead of just 20%.
