If anyone is bored, Absolute final table in a 53 player O8 tourney. Currently 8th with 9 guys left but I am in the money :D .

I don't think I've ever played so tight in my life. About 200 hands played this tourney, I've seen 13% of the flop LOL.

Nothing as of yet, I'm in 7th right now.

I should be 2nd or 3rd, but someone hit a 2 outer on the river :( .

Why do all of your avatars contain men?

Payout is $160 for first. It's a 10+1 and when I signed up I expected a lot more than 53 people.

Moving up to a virtual tie for 4th out of 6. Just started stealing blinds now, these guys have really tightened up.

2nd now, just barely out of first. What a run of bets and cards I just hit.

3rd. 4 multies I've ever played, 1 win and 1 third, so I think I found my new calling.

Nice. Always good to see a TPFer place deep in a MTT.

Don't remember, $70 or something. I'm very upset more players did not join this tourney. In any event, Absolute MTTs are weak. Next Sunday I will try and play in about 3 of these.

Indeed. I did manage a 4th in a Noble $1000 freezeout, but there were only about 40 players so I don't know how 'deep' that counts as. I'll take the $120 payout though.

To me, final table in any MTT is deep. I'm used to playing MTTs w/ 300-2000 players. [Unless of course we're talking about a 2 / 3 table SnGs ... then, deep would be placing.]
