seriously...you shouldn't say anything in the chat box after hands like this.

de-coder 09-05-08 08:14 PM

seriously - nothing you say in the chat box is going to change either one of these idiots.

Windbreaker 09-05-08 08:19 PM

they might not play again??? you make them feel like an idiot...and maybe they don't want to spew again?? they may decide that something they did was wrong...and decide maybe it's time to learn??

by saying nothing, you're more likely to keep the status quo....by saying something, you increase something changing...we don't want that.

Robbr25 09-05-08 09:53 PM

Actually it usually makes them play worse against you.

satty'd in from a freeroll obv.

It's good to know that all the bad players aren't in the micro stakes.

maybe he has some form of numerical dyslexia and thought he was holding 9s9s.

I had my foot out the door already... wasn't going to effect me one way or the other.

And it's not like it was some borderline play I analyzed to death. I just said "WTF" to a 9 high call on a 4 flush board. I don't think that really gives too much away about my image or anything.

Talking Poker 09-06-08 12:23 AM

That's a fair point.

But just like I don't believe my vote is going to change who gets elected President, I don't think one comment like this is going to change the overall skill level of my future opponents.

I hear what you are saying though. And yes, I still vote.
