I think he is talking about Phil Hellmuth's Black Belt course, which is a a video for the experienced poker players, but I haven't heard anyone talk about it so far, so I guess maybe it's not that helpful, cuz if it was I guess it would be popular.

It's pretty new as poker books go. I get the feeling it is directed more towards the new/novice player

The white belt session is directed to the new players to the game, but I think the black belt session is for the advanced players.

Then I would recommend Ozzy go with the White Belt course if he feels like forking over cash...
