Poker mouses(eses)

I have seen a couple of times on TV, most recently the new Daniel Negreanu PokerStars adds, of poker players using a kind of computer mouse I have never seen. It looks as if it basically is 'worn' or attatched directly to the fingers or hand.
I have been pretty happy with my wireless keyboard/mouse that I got at Walmart for like $25.

What are these things? Does anyone use them? Are they mostly used only for laptops? Mostly by poker players? Suggestions? Links?

A former co-worker of mine used one at work as he had some type of RSI that made using a regular mouse painful. Essentially, it's a tiny trackball in a ring with a trigger for the mouse. I tried it once and hated it.

Apparently this is what DN was using.

Is this what you used before RR? Or is this different from a regular finger mouse? Seems like it would have to be pretty good for DN to use it while playing online (of course that could have been just for commercial purposes). I dont have a laptop, so its not a huge issue. But it does look like something I might look into.
Anyone else have any comments on this little dohickey!

edit: Here is some video of David Williams playing with it. (no toe sucking jopkes please!)
