US co. acquisition of Party?
What a strange end this would be ...
NEWS: PartyGaming’s recent discussions with the US authorities could pave the way to the company being snapped up by a US gaming or internet giant according to an analyst note. The buy note from Deutsche Bank suggests that at present share price levels, Party could be an “easily palatable bolt-on” if given the “all-clear” by the Department of Justice. The analysts suggest that a take-out on the part of either US gaming companies such as Las Vegas Sands and MGM or on the part of the internet giants such as Google and eBay is the “most likely end-game” for Party.
