On top of the maximum deposit bonuses, can we also apply the refer-a-friend stuff that most sites have?? If so does TP have these codes of his own somewhere?

Good question. I think it depends on the site, but for most of thm - like Party, for example, I think it's one or the other. You'll get more from the max bonus through my links than any of the Refer a Friend ones...
