100k $100+10 on pacific poker

I am chasing the deposit bonus here, and noticed a 100k buyin where the top 60 spots are paid nicely. There was one today and a little less than 700 people registered, I dont know about you but that seems like nice odds to me. Also they give you 50% deposit up to a hundred bucks IMMEDIATELy! So you could take that bonus, sign up for touney, then cash out just paying 10 dollars to play in this thing! Damn. Anyway, anyone wanna play with me next sunday???

Any site that gives you the money right away will let you lose it, but they won't let you cash it out until after you've earned it.

Ie, Deposit $400, they give you $100, you've got $500. Blow $200 of that and while it looks like you've got $300, they are only going to let you cach out $200. At least this is how it usually works.

With that said, I do recommend everyone try Pacific, at least long enough to earn a deposit bonus:

Do they offer reload bonuses??

nah pacific offers like no reload bonuses... Ive heard of one reload from them, its the one where you deposit $50 and get $25. Ive seen them offer this a few times.

I do believe that is considered a reload bonus.

Also TP is right... its like the Blackjack whoring... you get the $200 or whatever the bonus is right away but if you lose that $200 and only have $200 left in your account, you wont be able to cash anything out till that $200 bonus is cleared.

You cant deposit $400... get the $100 bonus... lose the $100 then think your safe from losing your $400 because you will only be able to cash out $300

I suggest you just join Pacific for the bonus and then get the hell off that site. It is really clunky and slow IMO, and you can't multi-table either.

I agree, Pacific's software is just... clumsy. The "slider" bar is shitty, and the interface is sometimes tough to deal with. (Not as bad as Mirabelle!) I'm ALWAYS multitabling, and the fact that they don't allow this is a huge disappointment.

I do have to say that Pacific, IMO, offers the softest limit holdem games I have ever played. Although I only played $3/6 and below, I did very well there - as well as getting some free shiz from TP for using his link.

Not directed at you Geoff, but if you're a limit player, Pacific is worth a shot.

Pacific is definitely worth playing at least for the deposit bonus... After that, I wouldn't blame you if you cashed out.

As for multi-tabling, play one game at Pacific and another at a different site. sure, it makes earning the bonus a bit slower, but it's not that bad.

Yeah, I hit up Pacific just before this site was online. I actually broke even, but got a nice 500 chip set (retail $150+) with free shipment. So I guess I made $150. The set is sweet, and I am now Mr. Popular when poker games are going on.
