Boyd's Younger Brother

So I was watching the final table of the $5k NL event last night and saw Dutch's younger brother in the crowd. I remember playing with this guy at Binion's at a 500NL table, I just didn't know who he was. I talked to him, and he kinda acted a little full of himself, and now I know why. Silly lil' Boyd. Also, what do you think about D. Boyd's play at the Final Table. He has a point about going in with the worst hand as long as you do it 3-4 times. Should he have folded more? Was he just lucky?

I met Rob/Bobby at the WSOP in 2004 and saw him again in 2005. I thought he was a nice kid.

As for Dutch's play against Hachem, he had a LOT of chips. I don't think he was TRYING to get his money in with the worst of it every time, but I think he was making some weaker all in calls, knowing that even if he was a 70/30 dog, that's not that horrible of a spot, and eventually, he'd bust him.

That said, I would have been a little more more conservative, I think, and tried to wait for slightly better spots. I don't think the blinds were that HUGE that he needed to panic.
