Reel Deal 07-12-07 12:10 AM

Welp, at least I got KO'd by the champ.

GG Drew!

drewjax 07-12-07 12:14 AM

ty

GG all

that was fun

It would be cool to set up a league/series again.

Maybe first thing in the fall???

and btw....

sjay is a straight up machine/balla/thief; no matter where he finished
LAGgy just doesnt even begin to describe it.

New Guy 07-12-07 01:33 AM

Movie is shot in 1957 so no but i'm starting a tv series in a bit starring the "gieko cavemen" Should be pretty funny!!

Talking Poker 07-12-07 02:27 AM

I don't think that was exactly his normal tourney game you were witnessing tonight...

Somehow, I think he's not always a 71/58 or whatever it was guy.

drewjax 07-12-07 02:33 AM

Well ya, I realize that a $5 tourney is just tad under sjay normal range; and that he was probably kicking up the aggression to another level.

I was just saying he was friggin relentless.

Meh, tight is right I guess:p

Talking Poker 07-12-07 02:36 AM

Believe me, I know. I was sitting to his right all night.... well, until I served my stack to him on a silver platter, that is.

sjay2k 07-12-07 06:32 AM

i was playing extremely laggy, i don't know the stats, but i think it was a good way to play because everyone was playing very tight. i think i might play too tight in tourneys so it was good to experiment with a different style. nice to bust tp though, gg all :)

melioris 07-12-07 07:49 AM

congrats Drew!!!! Early in the thing he had AA, AA, and QQ in one (maybe two) orbits. Jerk.

And thanks TP, this was fun.

omahilo 07-12-07 10:04 AM

I wish I could of stayed and finished playing. I finished 6th and had a nice chiplead when I had to go to work.

omahilo 07-12-07 10:07 AM

I was to his left so it was kind of nice since I had position on most of the hands we played. I still had a hard time with him but def. not as bad as you since everytime you motion for a chip he was raising. I aleast had the option to fold before motioning towards a chip.

Kurn 07-12-07 11:08 AM

Quack Quack :D

I managed to build up my stack against his LAGness by squeezing callers and calling what I thought were marginal shoves by LP opponents, only to donk it all off on a draw and finish 10th. (I had the right odds but really had no need to gamble in that spot).

Good job hosting the tourney. I really wanted that 72o bounty, but the board was too scary.

Tony Cheval 07-12-07 11:39 AM

Recieved, Thanks.

Thanks again for hosting this, we need to get some more and get the league started up again

Mr Eaton 07-12-07 04:21 PM

I just wanted to thank TP for this, it was a fun time even though I to was busted with QQ also. I hope that this could become a monthly or league thing. Congrats to everyone.

Nikita 07-12-07 07:47 PM

Thanks for the money, TP. I like seeing my name on the bounty list twice and a second place finish, it was definitely a good night for me.

Talking Poker 07-12-07 09:29 PM

It certainly was. Well played!

de-coder 07-13-07 12:35 AM
