Just updating you guys..

I received a call from an AP rep saying they will be crediting my account for $500 for leaking IP information and email in the HH they sent out.

I assume I will eventually receive my buy in back as well.

LOL 500 dollars for a leaked IP address. They are sure as hell gonna try to buy their way outta this one.

FWIW I'm Not the resident legal guy but I think a leaked IP is grounds for a lawsuit, which I do not doubt many people will go for. Ahem AEQ?

So if I'm understanding correctly, what they are apologizing for is not the fact that you were cheated, but rather that someone leaked proof that this was the case, and that proof included your IP and email?
