I also played the 11:30 speed tourney, and on the very first hand got dealt KK. Raise 200 pre-flop, two callers. Flop is harmless, no Ace, so I push all in. First player folds, second calls ... with a pair of 2. Not that there is 2 on the board, mind you. He just figures he'll catch one on the turn or the river. And what is turn card? You guessed it.

Not my best weekend.

I'll be curious to see just how many Points I have after the smoke clears on this debacle.

I've read on another message board that there's another Party Bonus Code.

It's 20% up to 100 dollars (500 dollar deposit to get the max). The code is COMPBONUS. You have 30 days to clear it. And must play 5 raked hands for every bonus dollar. I believe this code only works if you use Neteller and have never used that code before. But don't quote me.

I can't say for sure, but this sounds to me like one of the standard affiliate bonuses for new player deposits only. Similar to these:

This bonus worked for me as an existing player. If you used this code on one of the other Party Skins like Empire or Intertops, it may not work. And I think you have to deposit through Neteller for this one to work though.

Is Netteller the key?
 

Haven't heard from the crew in India yet. One difference -- I made my deposit rather IGM-Pay rather than Netteller.

it worked for me when I deposited via neteller.

A lot of folks are noticing slower-than-usual support response from Party in the past few days. The coast of their state in southeast India was hit by the typhoon. Although they seem to be safely inland, it is not hard to imagine how this could have impacted business operations. Just a guess.
