I envy you right now. As a computer "nerd," setting up a new computer from scratch (especially if it's a new machine) is just so much fun. It's like "a fresh start," whatever that means.

LOL. My girlfriend and I want to make two new purchases over the next few months ... (1) a digital camera, and (2) a desktop. I can't wait!

Just wait until I get my Office (aka Online Poker Room) all set up. I think this dual monitor thing is going to be REALLY sweet. Maybe I'll take some pics when I finally get everything up and running. Right now, I've got stuff all over the place.

Duude. No fair...I want to make those purcahses. I have been drooling over digital cameras for a while now. Make a good decision! By good I mean so small you can lose it in your pocket yet thats all screen and 10X optical zoom (i cant wait till they figure out how to do optical zoom in close quarters, if physics allows...)

I've held out for so long... I can't get anything below 5 megapixel and feel good about myself. Recently, there have been some 7.1 MP cameras on sale. Can you imagine how GOOD that must be?

My camera ia just shy of FOUR years old now. It was the first consumer 5 MP camera available. It's the Sony DSC-F707. Considering how old it is, it still takes great pictures, especially outdoors with natural light.

I used to be kinda into photography. I should show you some of the photos I took sometime...
